Welcome to Kerala Tiffin! We are delighted to serve you authentic Kerala meals. Just like every good restaurant has some basic house rules, we have a few simple terms and conditions to ensure smooth sailing for both you and us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these friendly terms.
We prepare our food fresh daily. Because we rely on fresh ingredients, some items might run out before the day ends. All orders are subject to item availability. If you order something and it becomes unavailable, we will call you immediately to offer a replacement or a full refund for that item.
All prices listed on our menu are in Indian Rupees (INR). We try our best to keep prices stable, but they may occasionally change due to market fluctuations in ingredient costs. The final price you see at the checkout page (including delivery fees and taxes) is exactly what you will pay. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and online wallets securely.
We promise to prepare your food as fast as possible without compromising on traditional quality. The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. While our riders are quick, Bangalore's unpredictable traffic and bad weather might occasionally cause a slight delay. We request your patience—good food is worth the wait!
We start cooking your meal almost immediately after you place your order. Therefore, orders can only be canceled within 60 seconds of placing them. Once the kitchen starts preparing your food, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds. However, if your food arrives spilled, damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact us with a photo within 1 hour, and we will happily replace the item or process a refund.
We use traditional Kerala ingredients, which heavily include coconut, nuts, dairy (ghee), and various spices. While we maintain a clean kitchen, all our food is prepared in the same facility. If you have severe allergies, please mention them in the delivery notes, but understand that we cannot guarantee 100% zero cross-contamination.
If you create an account with us to order faster, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. Any order placed from your logged-in account will be considered valid and authorized by you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, fake details, or repeated fake orders.
We love treating our family! However, any coupon codes, discounts, or promotional offers we provide are subject to validity periods and specific conditions. Offers cannot be clubbed together unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
We built this website to serve you delicious food. By using it, you agree not to misuse it. This means you will not attempt to hack, scrape data, introduce viruses, or disrupt our servers. Submitting abusive feedback, spamming our contact forms, or placing fake cash-on-delivery orders will result in immediate blocking and potential legal action.
If you order our food through third-party apps like Swiggy or Zomato, please note that their specific Terms of Service, refund policies, and delivery conditions will also apply to your order. We are not responsible for technical glitches or delivery delays caused exclusively by their platform's riders.
The name "Kerala Tiffin", our logos, food photos, and website design are the proud property of Urban Barrow Pvt Ltd. Please do not copy, steal, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
While we strive for perfection in our kitchen and on our website, we cannot guarantee that our site will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted all the time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Barrow Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
We are proudly based in the Silicon Valley of India. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We may occasionally update these rules to improve our services or comply with the law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued love for our food means you accept the new rules.
